Ambience: It is really good. The spa has a calm and serene atmosphere, both in the common areas and inside the room. Service: All I can say is that it is top-notch. From following up with the customer to delivering the actual service, I loved the experience. The masseuse assigned to me, Tara, was excellent and I really enjoyed the deep tissue massage tailored to my needs, as well as the conversations we had, which kept the session quiet interesting.
