Ambience: It is really good. The spa has a calm and serene atmosphere, both in the common areas and inside the room. Service: All I can say is that it is top-notch. From following up with the customer to delivering the actual service, I loved the experience. The masseuse assigned to me, Tara, was excellent and I really enjoyed the deep tissue massage tailored to my needs, as well as the conversations we had, which kept the session quiet interesting. They genuinely take feedback seriously and even assured me that my suggestions would be implemented. ~ Vimalkumar A
